Impactful Support Worker — Help Adults Thrive

Priority Childcare Ltd is recruiting a Support Worker in Bridgend. The role is full-time (39 hours per week) with a rolling two‑week rota including wake and sleep nights. Salary is £13.45–£13.75 per hour, dependent on experience and qualifications, with a £57 sleep night rate.

You will support adults with daily needs, build trusting relationships, promote independence, and record progress. Full training is provided and a full UK driving licence is required.
