Water Main Repair & Maintenance Technician (Outdoor)

Severn Trent Water is seeking a Distribution Operative to support the operation and maintenance of our Underground Water network. You will be involved in repair and maintenance tasks across water mains and assets, including excavation work on public highways and private lands.

The role emphasizes strong customer focus, clear communication, and safety, with a rolling 7-week shift pattern (outdoor, in all weather). Training and development are a key part of joining the team.
