Night-Shift Food Assistant – Fast-Paced & Digital

Marks & Spencer is hiring a Customer Assistant in our Food section to be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest growing retailer. You’ll deliver five-star service at pace, sell and recommend our newest food products, and become a valued brand ambassador.

This role involves night shifts: Sun, Fri, Sat 22:00–07:00 with an unsocial premium of £3.00 per hour for hours 22:00–06:00. You’ll use Sparks and in-store devices to enhance the customer experience and work flexibly across store areas.
