InFocus Charity is seeking Support Workers in Exeter to empower our young people with visual impairment in a residential setting. You will provide personalised support, help with daily living skills, health and therapy tasks, and promote independence with dignity.
The role offers flexible hours (full time or part time, 38 weeks per year) and a pro rata salary of £25,100–£26,276.87. Start date September 2026, with induction and ongoing training.
