Construction & Engineering Technical Learning Coach

Lancaster and Morecambe College is seeking a Technical Learning Support Assistant to help learners in Construction and Engineering within both practical workshops and classroom sessions. You will assist learners in building practical skills, promote safe working practices and contribute to session planning while monitoring progress.

You should have practical construction or engineering experience, relate well to young people and support their individual learning needs.
