School-Based Support Worker — SEMH & Student Growth

Teaching Personnel is seeking an experienced Residential Support Worker to join school-based teams in Burnley. You will support pupils on a one-to-one basis or in small groups, helping with SEMH needs and emotional regulation while fostering a positive learning environment.

The role offers full-time hours during the school day, with opportunities for ongoing training and progression. Prior school experience is not essential, as comprehensive guidance is provided.
