Backstage Operations Associate – Early Shifts, Stock & Deliveries

Marks & Spencer plc in Northampton is hiring a Customer Assistant in Operations. The role is physically demanding and backstage oriented, keeping stock, deliveries and the flow of products moving smoothly to the shop floor.

You’ll work early shifts starting around 04:00, with an unsocial premium for late-night hours. Flexibility to work across the store, use digital tools to track deliveries, and support colleagues is essential.
