Learning Support Assistant – Flexible Hours for Primary

Leighfield Primary School is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to support pupils’ learning and wellbeing within a caring teaching team.

You will assist with lessons, manage small groups, and contribute to a supportive, engaging classroom environment to help every pupil reach their full potential. The role offers flexible hours (20–32.5 per week) and a fixed-term contract until August 2027, with a Grade 5 pay point and incremental progression.
