Community Care Assistant — Flexible Shifts, Growth

Cera is hiring a community carer in Dolgellau to support clients in their homes across Penrhyndeudraeth, Porthmadog, Harlech and surrounding areas. You will assist with personal care, medications and meals, visiting clients at home and traveling between visits.

We offer flexible shifts (mornings, days, evenings, nights and every other weekend off) to promote work-life balance. Driving licence and access to a vehicle are required assets for this role.
