Community Mental Health Nurse: Recovery & Wellness Lead

NELFT NHS Foundation Trust in Barking is seeking a motivated mental health nurse to join our Community Mental Health & Wellness Team. You will assess, plan and deliver person-centred care in a multidisciplinary, community setting.

You will coordinate a caseload of service users with complex needs, deliver physical and mental health interventions in the wellness clinic, and mentor junior colleagues within safeguarding and education activities.
