Homelessness Support Navigator (Fixed-Term)

Turning Tides is recruiting for a role delivering high support accommodation and personalised care for residents facing housing insecurity in Worthing. You will work as part of a team to shape and evaluate services for clients including those with substance use issues, trauma, or mental health needs.

The role is fixed-term to cover maternity leave until September 2027. You will work 37.5 hours per week on a shift pattern including weekends and Bank Holidays, with flexible hours considered.
