We are recruiting for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a primary school in Manchester. This rewarding role involves supporting students with additional needs and challenging behaviours, helping them build confidence, re‑engage with learning, and achieve positive outcomes.
About the Role
- Provide 1:1 and small-group SEN support
- Help manage behaviour and emotional regulation
- Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons
- Create a safe, positive, and inclusive environment
- Build strong relationships with students and staff
What We’re Looking For
- Previous SEN or behavioural support experience
- Strong behaviour management skills
- Patient, proactive, and resilient attitude
- Full UK driving license & own vehicle required
