Tenancy & Lettings Coordinator — Client Relations

John D Wood & Co in London is seeking a Tenancy Co-ordinator to manage tenancies that are not on a full management service, acting as the main contact for tenants and landlords throughout the tenancy. You will ensure compliance with gas and electrical inspections and help resolve landlord/tenant queries across the portfolio.
