Hybrid Bus Scheduler: Data-Driven Route & Crew Planner

First Bus is looking for a proactive Scheduler to join our Bristol-based Network team on a full-time permanent basis. The hybrid role will focus on creating efficient, compliant bus and driver schedules, reporting to a Senior Scheduler and aligning with operational goals.

You will work with Network Planning, Operations and HR to ensure schedules support service quality, while maintaining strong relationships with trade unions and fleet constraints. A data-driven approach is essential.
