Family Carer Coordinator – Whole‑Family Support

ReSOURCE is seeking a dedicated Family Coordinator in Bradford to support unpaid carers through a whole-family, relationship-based approach. The role focuses on linking parent, young and elder carers, identifying hidden carers, and coordinating support across community services in the Bradford area.

The position is 30 hours per week with a salary of £27,000–£28,250 (full-time equivalent) and is permanent, based in Bradford with the Shipley office and community work across the Bradford districts.
