Hybrid Maintenance Surveyor – Building & Void Repairs

Clarion Housing Group is seeking a Maintenance Surveyor to cover Peterborough, Cambridge and surrounding areas. You will perform pre/post-inspections and prepare reports for repairs, engage with customers and leaseholders, and coordinate repair projects to meet cost, time and quality standards.

The role requires a Diploma in Surveying, Property and Maintenance Level 3 and membership of RICS or CIOB. You will travel across the region and work a hybrid pattern, with a closing date of 22 July 2026.
