The Role of Customer Service Representative
As part of our eCommerce platform for Kite Packaging, a leading UK-wide distributor of packaging products, you will be the first point of contact for customers. Your primary responsibilities will include handling a high volume of phone, email, and live chat enquiries related to deliveries, order updates, and general product queries. You will provide accurate information, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a positive customer experience.

- A clear, professional, and confident telephone manner
- Proven ability to handle a high volume of calls and customer queries effectively
- Strong listening and problem‑solving skills with a customer‑focused approach
- Excellent administrative and organisational abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and deliver results within tight deadlines
- Comfortable using multiple systems simultaneously and managing competing priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
- A proactive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to support the team and customers
