Care & Support Worker – Make a Real Difference

Cygnet Group in Bradford is seeking a confident Care & Support Worker to help adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. You will work full time (42 hours) on 12-hour shifts with an alternating weekend pattern at Longfield House.

You will provide physical and emotional support, monitor welfare, assist with daily living, and help service users access community activities. The role includes training, DBS check, and opportunities for progression through our apprenticeship scheme.
