Year 4 Behaviour Support TA – 1:1 De-escalation & Inclusion

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a compassionate Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to work with a Year 4 pupil displaying challenging behaviours. You will provide 1:1 support, implement de-escalation strategies and collaborate with the teacher to tailor an individualised plan.

The role focuses on supporting emotional and academic development, staying calm and proactive, and contributing to a safe, inclusive classroom environment. Team-Teach training is preferred or training available.
