Mental Health Support Worker – Supported Living

SIS Care is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team in Leek on a full-time, permanent basis. You will support individuals with complex mental health needs and help with daily living, delivering person-centred care in a newly refurbished supported living setting.
