We’re excited to be recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join Broadview Materials / Formica Group at their North Shields site.

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be at the heart of the customer experience, building strong relationships, supporting customers across Europe, managing orders, resolving queries and working closely with sales, supply chain and finance teams to deliver service excellence.

We’re looking for someone with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, great problem-solving ability and confidence using business systems and Excel. Customer service experience within manufacturing would be advantageous but not essential.
