Coatings Production Operator — Lean & Quality Focus

PPG in Shildon is seeking a committed production operator to manufacture coatings to the highest quality standards, following Lean principles and 5S housekeeping. You will work closely with the Production Manager and Shift Managers to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement on the line.

In this full-time, permanent role, you will contribute to safe operations, maintain equipment, and participate in daily audits while supporting a fast-paced, high-performing team.
