The Department of Land Economy is seeking an organized, proactive and enthusiastic Postgraduate Coordinator to join our Student Business Office. This varied and rewarding role supports the administration and coordination of postgraduate programmes and admissions within a busy academic department. The successful candidate will work closely with academic staff, students, and professional services colleagues to deliver an excellent student and applicant experience across admissions, course administration, examinations, events, and committee support. The role suits an individual with strong organisational and communication skills who enjoys managing competing priorities, improving processes, and working collaboratively within a supportive team environment. The post holder will also work closely with colleagues supporting undergraduate programmes, with cross‑collaboration and mutual support forming an important aspect of the role.
Responsibilities
- Administer and coordinate postgraduate programmes and admissions.
- Support admission processes, from application to enrolment.
- Manage course administration tasks including timetabling and enrolment records.
- Assist with examinations, events and committee support.
- Improve processes and manage competing priorities.
- Collaborate with undergraduate programme staff for cross‑collaboration.
