Job Description:
Northfield School and Sports College in Billingham is seeking a Learning Support Assistant (Level 2) to provide dedicated one-to-one support for pupils at risk of disengaging from education. The role runs 37 hours per week during term time, with PD days as required, starting September 2026.
The successful candidate will join a supportive team in a large 11-16 school, benefiting from CPD opportunities and a positive working environment. Salary is Grade F points 7-8 (£22,224-£22,578 actual pay).
