Serco in Haywards Heath (RH16 1UA) is recruiting a Refuse and Recycling Loader to join our Mid Sussex team. You will deliver a full waste and recycling service to local residents and businesses, helping keep streets clean and the community safe and sustainable.
You’ll work a 39-hour week, Monday to Friday with a 30-minute unpaid break, and there are options for weekend overtime. We offer excellent benefits and a supportive, collaborative team environment.
