As an Assistant Store Manager, you will work alongside the Store Manager to recruit, inspire & motivate a passionate team to exceed targets.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through promotions, excellent merchandising, and stock control.
• Create a fun, engaging environment for both customers and colleagues.
• Ensure operational excellence, including audits, budgets, and stock management.
• Carry out piercing services for customers with full training provided (Optional).
