Protocol Education is seeking a calm SEMH Behaviour Support Assistant to join a KS3/KS4 Behaviour Centre in central Shrewsbury. You will provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEMH needs to help them engage with learning.
The role focuses on emotional regulation, building trusting relationships and creating a structured environment, working with teachers and external professionals to support individual plans. DBS checks apply.
