Craft Bakery Production Operative – Early Shifts

New Forest Shortbread Ltd in the heart of the New Forest is seeking a part-time Bakery Production Operative. You will join a small, friendly team producing handcrafted shortbread and packing orders for UK customers and retailers.

The role blends dough preparation, baking, labeling and stock management with a strong emphasis on quality and food safety. The position offers 3–4 days per week (Mon/Wed/Fri 6am–2pm) with a fixed-term 5 months.
