Learning Support Assistant: Empower Diverse Learners

Sapientia Education Trust at City Academy Norwich is inviting applications for a Learning Support Assistant. This permanent role supports students with diverse needs within the SEND Department, delivering in-class support and targeted interventions to raise attainment.

The post is 37.5 hours per week, term-time plus 2 weeks, starting September 2026. You’ll work with teachers, families and external professionals to foster a caring, ambitious learning environment.
