Multi-Home Support Worker – Learning Disabilities

Dimensions is a not-for-profit provider supporting people with learning disabilities and autism across Norfolk. We are seeking a full-time Support Worker to join our team in Norwich and surrounding areas.

You will help adults develop independence, attend appointments, manage daily routines, and enable them to access local communities across six homes and outreach services. A driving licence and flexible shifts are essential.
