Overview

Are you an experienced Property Manager looking to join a busy and supportive team?

We’re recruiting for our client on an exclusive basis for a Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of 100–120 residential AST properties across South East and South West London.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full tenancy lifecycle from move-in to check-out
• Coordinate maintenance and contractor works
• Carry out property inspections and landlord reporting
• Ensure compliance with all property legislation and safety requirements
• Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants

Hours

Monday–Friday | 9:00am–5:30pm (5:00pm finish on Fridays)

Requirements

Full licence and own car essential.
