B2B Customer Service & Order Coordinator (Hybrid)

Etex Group in Burton on Trent is seeking a Customer Services Advisor to be the first point of contact for B2B customers, handling a high volume of orders and calls while working closely with accounts, supply chain and transport teams.

You will process 10–30 orders daily, use SAP and Excel to update the open order book, and coordinate with internal teams to meet KPI targets. Initially office-based for five months, then hybrid.
