IKEA Exeter are looking for a Warehouse Shift Coordinator to join our team. As a Fulfilment Operations Coordinator, you’ll be the conductor of logistics, orchestrating the flow of products with precision. Join the adventure and become a part of our warehouse operations. This is a full‑time, permanent role working nights.

WHAT WE OFFER
- Start date of employment will be 8th August 2026.
- Full time: 39 hours a week, working 5 days a week including alternate weekends.
- Starting salary of £30,000 per annum, final offer will be made based on skills and experience.
- Additional night‑shift allowance equivalent to £2.25 per hour.
- Regular shift times will be between midnight and 10:00 am.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE
- Previous experience coordinating a team in a warehouse environment is desirable, with the motivation to manage tasks confidently in a demanding environment.
- Ability to prioritise and organise yours and others’ workloads swiftly and with attention to detail.
- Experience utilising technical equipment to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Experience planning and improving daily operations.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
- Effectively perform the role in the assigned area of responsibility in both store and external warehouse. This includes manual handling of heavy stock, unloading, loading and replenishment of goods/orders within the agreed time with the customer in focus.
- Work with or around heavy machinery, such as forklift trucks and counterbalance, pump trucks, to safely and efficiently transport heavy goods within the warehouse.
- Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed for a secure environment for both our customers and co‑workers.
- Responsible for the achievement of the goals determined by the Fulfilment Operations Team Leader to support overall fulfilment operations goals and achieve excellence in running operations.
- Supervise the daily operations and assign areas of responsibility for the team, identifying and acting on improvement potentials and ensuring that daily routines are followed.
