Bank Residential Care Worker – Flexible Hours & Sleep-In Pay

Compass Community is seeking a Bank Support Worker to help in a children’s home, supporting children with care, activities and education. You will work flexibly, building trusting relationships and ensuring safeguarding at the core of every interaction.

Previous experience is not essential; you will receive an induction, ongoing training and supervision. A valid manual driving licence is required, and applicants must be 22 or over to meet Ofsted regulations. Sleep-ins available at £60 per shift.
