Youth Mentor & Team Lead — Safeguarding & Ofsted

Safer Hand Solutions is seeking a Mentor Support Worker in Newcastle-under-Lyme. The role is temp to perm, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, with a salary of £12.71 per hour.

You will work with young people aged 16–18 in supported living, providing guidance, life skills, and education/work development support. The role includes supervising a team of support workers, managing rotas, recruitment, safeguarding compliance, and liaising with Ofsted.
