Recovery Outreach Coordinator: Complex Casework

Change Grow Live in Brighton is seeking a highly experienced Recovery Coordinator to join our Outreach Team. This specialist role requires extensive case management in drug and alcohol services, working autonomously with individuals who have complex needs and may be rough sleepers or in hostels.

You will deliver assertive outreach, manage a complex caseload, coordinate with clinical teams, and apply harm‑reduction and OST knowledge.
