Bank Support Worker – Empower Lives & Independence

Cygnet (DH) Limited is seeking a Female Bank Support Worker at Kensington Gardens, Darlington. You will work bank shifts across days, nights and weekends in four tenancies to empower individuals with complex mental health needs, learning disabilities, autism and challenging behaviours to live more independently.

The role offers varied shifts (7am–7pm, 9am–9pm, 10am–10pm, waking nights 7pm–7am) and requires a compassionate, flexible team player who respects safeguarding and promotes wellbeing.
