Graduate Behaviour Support Assistant — Youth Mental Health

Academics is seeking a recent Criminology or Psychology graduate to join a Specialist School in Devizes as a Behaviour Support Assistant. You’ll support pupils aged 11–18 facing behavioural challenges and apply theoretical knowledge to real‑world classroom scenarios.

The role offers hands‑on experience in education and mental health, with daily hours 8:30am–3:30pm, Monday to Friday, and a daily rate of £90–£100. A passion for helping young people and strong communication are key.
