Early Help & Family Support Specialist

Family Action in partnership with Birmingham Children’s Trust is recruiting to identify service gaps and deliver Early Help across two districts, coordinating a package of support for families requesting help.

You will link local organisations, conduct home visits, complete Early Help Assessments, keep accurate case records, and contribute to project evaluation while upholding Family Action’s values of being people-focused and respectful to the community.
