Outdoor Refuse Loader – No Experience, Temp to Perm

QS Recruitment is seeking a temporary role in the Metheringham/North Kesteven area to collect household refuse and dispose of it at a local recycling centre. No experience needed as full training is provided, and duties include constant manual handling. The role is long-term with potential permanent opportunities.

Hourly rate starts at £12.71, increasing to £14.54 after 12 weeks, with overtime paid. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with occasional Saturdays on bank holiday
