Youth Navigator for Tailored Support & Risk Reduction

Catch22 is recruiting a Navigator & Tailored Support Youth Worker to support children and young adults affected by or at risk of youth violence. Based in custody and health settings across Stoke-on-Trent and Staffordshire, the role is permanent, full-time (37 hours) with a rota that may include evenings and weekends.

You will assess risk, signpost to specialist services, deliver short‑term interventions, and contribute to safeguarding.
