Behaviour Support Assistant — Inspire Positive Learning

GSL Education in Durham is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Assistant to join a supportive and inclusive school. The role focuses on providing targeted behavioural and emotional support, helping pupils develop confidence, resilience and strategies to succeed inside and outside the classroom.

Ideal candidates have experience with children or young people and SEMH needs, strong communication and de-escalation skills, and are DBS checked.
