Serco is hiring a Refuse and Recycling Loader to support the Haywards Heath community. The role involves following a pre-planned route with the driver and loaders, collecting waste and recycling from homes and businesses, and representing Serco professionally in the neighbourhood.
You will work 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with 7:00am to 3:30pm hours (or 2:30pm on Fridays) and paid breaks. The site is based in RH16 1UA with weekend overtime options and a salary of £27,684 per year plus
