Responsibilities

• Deliver five‑star service to customers while recommending and selling M&S Food products.
• Provide remarkable service, ensuring customers feel truly valued each visit.
• Operate digital tools such as Sparks and in‑store devices to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain sharp focus in a high‑pressure environment, staying fast and efficient during peak times.
• Support teammates and contribute to a positive, high‑energy store atmosphere.
• Adapt to shifting store demands, working across various areas and embracing flexibility.
