Impactful Support Worker — Short Breaks for Children

City of York Council is seeking committed support workers to join the Short Breaks team in York, delivering care across community and residential provisions for children and young people with disabilities. You will contribute to plans, risk assessments and behaviour support, while working within a purpose-built centre alongside a dedicated multidisciplinary team.

Role requires enthusiasm for working with children, a good command of English (CEFR C1) and willingness to undergo a DBS check;
