Tenancy & Property Care Coordinator

John D Wood & Co. Richmond is seeking a Tenancy Co-Ordinator to manage non-full management tenancies and act as a key contact for tenants and landlords throughout the tenancy. You will support day-to-day operations and ensure a high standard of service across the portfolio.

Working with the Tenancy Team, you will oversee a shared portfolio, handle deposits and inspections, and respond to landlord and tenant queries with clear communication and strong organisational skills.
