Whether you’re new to the care sector or already have experience, we’re looking for caring, enthusiastic Support Workers to join our friendly team in Perth. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a meaningful career while making a positive impact every single day.
About the Role
You’ll work within a purpose-built day centre and in the local community, supporting adults with learning and/or physical disabilities, who may use wheelchairs, be nonverbal, or have complex support needs. Every day is unique – one day you might be helping someone bake, paint, or garden, and the next you could be supporting them on a trip to the zoo or theatre.
You’ll help people develop new skills, gain confidence, and enjoy meaningful experiences both in the centre and out in the community.
Typical duties include:
- Supporting individuals with daily activities and personal goals
- Providing personal care, assistance with meals, and administering medication (with training)
- Facilitating group sessions and offering 1:1 support for people with complex needs
- Encouraging independence and promoting wellbeing
- Bringing your own hobbies and creativity to make every day enjoyable and engaging
You’ll also have access to fantastic facilities including sensory spaces, craft and kitchen areas, a hydrotherapy pool and an accessible gym – all designed to help the people we support thrive.

- Open to training and development – previous experience is great but not essential!
