Homes for Students is the UK’s leading provider of student accommodation. We are recruiting a Maintenance Operative for The Fitzalan property in Cardiff, working 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:30.
You will perform planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring statutory compliance and maintaining property condition. You will report issues promptly and work with minimal supervision, liaising with suppliers and contractors to deliver a high-quality service.
