Audience Experience Facilitator

artsdepot in London seeks casual Visitor Services Assistants to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for patrons, performing ushering duties, helping prepare theatres for performances, and checking audience tickets to ensure a safe, smooth experience.

This role requires excellent communication, a friendly attitude, and reliability to cover a 7-day rota including days, evenings, weekends and some bank holidays. Prior customer service experience is helpful; training provided.
