Pastoral & Attendance Support Specialist

Northwood School is hiring an Attendance and Pastoral Support Administrator to help raise attendance levels and support the pastoral team in delivering pupil welfare, personal and educational development.

You will work with staff across the school, use BromCom for attendance and registrations, and produce regular reports to monitor trends, supporting interventions to keep students engaged and on track.
